My Orders Are in the Failed Section, and the Error States "SKU Does Not Exist in the App." What Should I Do?

Article last modified on: Mon, 18 Sep 2023

If you encounter the error message "SKU Does Not Exist in the App," it means that a specific SKU is not currently available in our App's database. To address this issue, follow these steps:

1. Link the SKU: Go to the "Not-in-App" section of the App under "Manage Products" and link the SKU with an existing Shopify SKU. This linking process will allow you to manage orders for that SKU within the app.

2. Create the SKU on Shopify: If the SKU is not present in your Shopify store, you will need to create it on Shopify before linking it in the app.

By following these steps, you can resolve the issue and ensure that orders for the SKU are correctly managed within the app. If you have further questions or require assistance, please reach out for support.
