My Orders Are in the Failed Order Section, and the Reason is "Ordered Quantity Not Available." What Should I Do?

The error message "Ordered Quantity Not Available" indicates that the SKU for which the order was placed does not have sufficient inventory available in your Shopify store. To address this issue, follow these steps:


1. Update Inventory: Ensure that you have adequate inventory for the SKU in question on your Shopify store. This will prevent orders from failing due to insufficient stock.


2. Set Threshold Inventory: To avoid potential order failures during inventory updates, consider setting a threshold inventory level (e.g., 2 or 3) in the Settings section of our App. When your inventory reaches this threshold, it will be marked as "Out of Stock" on Walmart. This helps prevent orders from being placed when stock levels are low.
