Why Am I Receiving Duplicate Orders in My Shopify Store?

Duplicate orders in your Shopify store may occur due to the following reasons:


1. Installation of Other Walmart Apps: If you have installed additional apps related to Walmart, other than the Walmart Integration app by CedCommerce, it could result in duplicate orders.


2. Direct Acknowledgment in Seller Center: Duplicate orders may also arise if you manually acknowledge orders directly through Seller Center. Our app is designed to fetch orders in the "CREATED" state.


To prevent duplicate orders, it's essential to ensure that you are exclusively using the Walmart Integration app by CedCommerce and that you refrain from manually acknowledging orders in Seller Center. If you continue to face issues or have further questions, please reach out for assistance.
