Some of my products are not showing on the app. Why?

 If some of your products are not appearing in the app, there are a few possible reasons to consider:

  1. Importing Type: Verify the importing type selected in the settings section. If you imported products based on product type or vendor, ensure that the missing products belong to the selected category.

  2. Not-Profiled Tab: Check the "Not-Profiled" tab. If a product doesn't meet the conditions set in any of the created profiles, it will be listed under the "Not-Profiled" tab. In this case, you may need to create a new profile or modify existing profiles to include the missing products.

  3. Conditions and Profiles: Review the conditions you have applied to your products. If the missing products don't meet the set conditions, they may not be visible. Consider creating a new profile or adjusting existing profiles to include the missing products.
